How can I work for House of Fraser John Lewis???Please help?

Hi guys I really want to get a job at House of Fraser or John Lewis but where the cosmetics and perfumes counters are i.e Gucci, Elizabeth Arden etc. I went in to hand out my C.V's to them but HoF and JL both said go online. I have but I cant find out exactly how to choose where i want to work?
