Try YesStyle.com they have a perfume section. They just had a site-wide fragrance sale last month, I think. Not sure if the prices are back up to normal now. BTW if you find the perfume you want to get you might want to have $10, $5 coupons from http://twitter.com/YesStyle_Coupon first Reliable, I've used them.

I am confused as to where to buy perfume. I want the "real thing" and yet everywhere there's different prices. So what's the difference between buy perfume at these stores?

-Sephora/Macy's/Nordstrom/etc. (retail price-most expensive… is this is the only safe place to buy it?)
-Discounted Perfume Places-Perfumania, etc. (somewhat discounted, is there a difference?)
-Khol's/Target/Wal-mart, etc. (Probably the cheapest out there…)

I'm talking about if all them are the exact same size and the exact same concentration (eau de toilette). So where do you buy perfumes? and where is the BEST place to buy them?

I love perfume, but most are really expensive, Just wondering if any of you guys know any sites that sell discounted perfume, not the cheap nasty smelling kinds though! Just popular brands for less money?

If you don't mind stores that don't just sell perfume and sell other stufflike clothes too, i would suggest Marshalls, TJMaxx, and Ross. They get popular brands of clothing and other accessories and sel them in their store. If you look closely, you might find some really nice ones :].
