I'm looking for perfumes and lotions but I'm not sure where I can find sale items during the GSS for 2009. Please help… looking for perfumes such as:

-D&G Light Blue [perfume]

why not u ask the salesperson there? they're sure to know. Or call up marks and spencers, etc whatever dpt store to ask if they have the products before you go.

You can head over to Little India's Mustafa (I'm not sure of the spelling). It's a bit crowded, though, but they have great stocks on everything from Singaporean souvenirs to chocolates to clothing. They also have great stocks on branded perfumes for men and women. AND they have great bargains (3 Adidas men for $22) and stuff like that.
There's also the Lucky Plaza in Orchard. It's a little less crowded. You should check them out.
