Is the smell of perfume same if you buy in US or in UK?

Folks, I’m planning to take some perfumes from the US as they are much cheaper here. However, I wanted to know if the smell of a perfume brand say Armani code, the same in US and the one sold in UK or are they different.

This is because my sister has chosen one back home and I’m going to buy it in the US online with no idea of how it smells.

Any help is appreciated
