Do you like it when people wear designer fragrances?

It's not like when someone walks by I say "Oh yeah that's a designer perfume" as apposed to a knock off.

  11. I prefer no fragrances…I have allergies and asthma and certain components of perfumes can really affect my breathing…just passing by…rose, pine and eucalyptus (the latter two being the worst as they are highly volatile and designed to carry and prolong the rest of the blend).

No, yuck! I don't like any strong perfumes — they make me sneeze. I like natural scents like rose or lavender. I think designer perfumes are a thing of the past. I think too many people have chemical sensitives now.

(I never realized how much I like sharing my opinions!!)

  18. It's Ok IF they wear it discreetly. Some people feel they have a need to shower in the stuff. For others with allergies, it can be a problem.

My supervisor at work is one of those people. We finally had to have a staff meeting to ask Management to get her to stop. People were sneezing and complaining of headaches. It was that bad.

I was at an opera one evening, and this woman took her seat in front of me, only about 2 minutes before the performance started. She was drenched in something spicy. I thought everybody was going to start sneezing and ruin the production, but it was OK. Still, I had a headache when I left (and it wasn't from the high notes. LOL)

So, "less is more" in this case.

As long as you don't smell like B.O, and smell good, and don't leave a scent after you leave…. it's all good.

  27. It doesn't really matter if a fragrance is designer or not. As long as the scent is nice and works with their body chemistry, that's all that really matters.
