Ladies- wearing perfume on the second meeting?

This is a question to the ladies- if a woman whom I met for the first time was not wearing perfume, but on the second meeting she was, what does that mean? Thank you!

She forgot to put some on the first time she met you? She wants to smell nice? She wants you to smell her? idk!
