Don't buy discount perfumes, they're old and they do go bad after a while. Mostly the scent fades and last about one to two years.

you can find discounted perfumes at tjmaxx, marshalls, ross, and burlington coat factory if thats what you are asking. they are the same brands but cheaper.
dont buy knock off brands. they stink. like instead of princess, its called precious, or instead of with love its called in love. those off brands are horrible.

Just as long as you know you are buying real discount cologne and not immitations you should be fine. IF you are looking to spend a minimal amount for perfume you can try the following:
1.) Curve for men or women (smells great very inexpensive)
2.) Sensi for women ( great smell just a step higher in price )
3.) Perry Ellis 18 ( awesome smell not at a high price )
