I just saw the commercial and im an absolute DMB freak. it sounds alot like 34, although i really dont think it is. but it sounds like something they would do. or maybe its just a remastered version of 34.

From what I have found, the song was composed specifically for the commercial. However, #34 by Dave Matthews Band has a very similar sound. Not as pretty though.
